What is the Remote Assessment Project for London (RAPL)?

  • RAPL is a project, funded by the City Bridge Trust and run by AbilityNet.
  • The project aims to provide better access to computers for people with a range of difficulties by working with 33 centres throughout London, one in each London borough.
  • By providing centres with equipment, training, support and assessment tools we aim to raise awareness throughout London of the ways computers can be adapted to suit a user’s needs.
  • Try out the On-Line Assessment Tool and find out what you can do to adapt the computer to your needs.

AbilityNet wants to find out what effect on people the accessibility services provided through the Remote Assessment Project London and the centres have had. We are asking all centres to show individuals the brief survey so they can add their comments during August and September 2008. Please enter user information here.
