Service Level Agreements for higher or further education
Our Service Level Agreement is designed to be flexible enough to support and develop skills in new members of staff or keep an established member of staff up to date with the latest developments.
In our experience existing members of staff appreciate access to our loan bank, some professional development with occasional advice while newer members of staff working across several departments often wish a more varied range of inputs including training and assessment services.
