If you intend to lose weight or jump out of a plane, why not get your friends to sponsor your efforts and help AbilityNet to help others. If you log on to www.justgiving.com you can make a free page of your own giving donations to AbilityNet. If you need any help or would like to discuss this further please contact sue.turlin@abilitynet.org.uk or call 01189 095277.
